I was raised in my Papa's (the French Chef) Kitchen, and the family Auberge. I continued into the Hospitality industry and have never turned back. I love nothing better than taking a break from the world with friends (new and old) around my dining room table. Using the traditional methods I was taught to prepare a meal of old world and newly interpreted recipes.
