I was born and raised in Modena an ancient town known for its automotive industry of the famous Italian sports car makers Ferrari, De Tomaso and Maserati, The Tenor Luciano Pavarotti and for its production of balsamic vinegar.
I developed an interest in cooking from a young age after helping my mother in the kitchen preparing family meals such as Tortellini Tagliatelle, Gnocchi, Ravioli and reading a cookery book for children named “Nonna Papera”. I’ve traveled in many countries and cooked for many celebrities. I can describe my food as comfort food for sense and soul.
