La Sosta dei Celiamici start from the passion for cooking and the need within our family to follow a gluten-free diet.
We do not claim to be a reference point, but only a starting point for sharing recipes, dinners, events .. for a world where glutenfree not mean a renunciation but an alternative.
The idea is to share with friends of our city and out of Italy our speciality and our typical flavours.
Our kitchen is a place where we like to experiment with the ingredients of our tradition, with the desire to discover new flavors, and especially with the desire to have fun!
