I am a professionally trained restaurant chef with years of experience in high-end eateries, private villas, and yachts in Europe and abroad.
I recently moved home to Amsterdam, after many years in France where I created La Serviette Blanche, the culinary market leader in the French Riviera. I have a passion for cooking which was instilled in me by my mother, who is of French descent and always guaranteed good wine with French and Mediterranean meals using market fresh high-quality ingredients.
In the mornings, I go to the market to buy fresh seasonal ingredients to create some mouthwatering and innovative menus for dinner. It is my aim to share my passion for food & cooking with my guests and also look to capture their imagination with some fresh, vibrant and innovative dishes.
My Chef’s Table seats up to eight guests in a beautiful and relaxed environment with great views. While dining, I will take the time to share my creations with you and explain each course and field questions.
