The idea behind this name comes purely from the intention. The intention of providing an experience of dining with a chef. Its not just the food but the experience that makes you want to come for more.
There’s also something unique in this journey- I have my best , yet sleepless moments-Visualising! Combination of sauces, texture, taste , and the paranoia for perfection before actual public tasting even begins. The end product is likely to be a preparation you might have never tasted before, which is already reflecting in the recent reviews.
The menus are testament to the uniqueness that it delivers; I aspire bringing surprise and delight to every dining experience. For Example- The trajectory of an experience I’m about to deliver in the coming weeks is a curation of a multi-cultural, regional signature dishes across the different regions of the Indian sub-continent. The is complex, and rare combining so many varied flavours, methods of cooking & ingredients.
My current scope is to bring premium dining experience at affordable rates, coupled with top grade cuisine. My services also extend to private parties, in-house dining, or food consulting and workshop where i actually plan to share some of my secret recipes. So come, join me @CHEF’D Club!
