1. Preamble

MamazSocialFood brings together dinner organizers and guests.

2 Objectives of the quality Charter

This quality Charter is designed to ensure a quality service to guests, and to select and put forward hosts who will organize dinners. The quality Charter is essential for publishing a dinner on MamazSocialFood.

3 Welcome

The Host likes multicultural exchanges and does not practice any form of discrimination. The host is friendly, welcoming and available. He warmly greets visitors and offers them dinner. The host undertakes not to, directly or indirectly, make any professional use of the website or the dinners that he organizes. He cannot ask any financial contribution to guests, or take them to places (restaurants, bars, hotels, etc.) with which he has a particular commercial or financial interest.

4 Cooking

The host is solely responsible for the quality of his menu. The host will meet hygiene standards required when cooking a meal. The dishes are prepared, as much as possible, with fresh products. The host does not use outdated or spoiled food. The Host ensures the freshness of each ingredient used for the preparation of the meals.

If the visitor specifies food constraints beforehand, especially medical ones (such as food allergies) the Host must inform the guest of the composition of his/her recipes.

5 Hygiene

The place where the dinner is prepared and served must be in good state of hygiene and cleanliness. The rooms seen by the visitor will be clean and tidy. The host will have to put at disposal of the guests at least one toilet. The crockery must be of good quality and homogeneous: unshipped, perfectly clean and matching dishes.

6 Place

The host will provide all the information necessary to MamazSocialFood so that the visitor can easily access the dinner place (codes for entry, floor, stairs, building, etc. ).

The host must ensure that the dinner is properly insured and that the place is secured against fire risks.

7 Reservations

The host will receive reservation requests by email or sms. He/she is given 24 hours to accept or refuse the reservation. In the absence of a reply, the reservation request will be rejected.

8 Dinner prices

The host acknowledges having freely set the price of dinner.

9 Schedules

Dinners will take place any day of the week, from Monday to Sunday. When the dinner starts or ends is up to the host.

10 Responsibilities

The host undertakes to respect the terms and obligations of the present quality Charter. In case of failure to respect one of the obligations of the present quality Charter, the Host liability may be engaged vis-à-vis both the guests and the MamazSocialFood Company. In particular, the host is solely responsible for dinners organized pursuant to this Charter quality and for the consequences in case of intoxication, illness or any other physical discomfort suffered by guests and due to food and/or drinks served during the dinner. Similarly, the responsibility of the host can be engaged should the guest have an accident in the host’s home.

Accordingly, it is up to each host to have an insurance policy covering civil liability and all types of accidents that can occur in the context of such a dinner.

11 Personal data

Treatment of personal data collected on the site has been declared to the CNIL under the number [1481651]. In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of the law n ° 78-17 of January 6th, 1978, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, modified by the law n ° 2004-801 of August 6th, 2004, any user has a right to access, modify and oppose his/her personal data, by addressing a written and signed request, along with a copy of his/her ID and signature, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent. Any dispute relating to the interpretation and implementation of this Charter is subject to French law.
