In this class, you will gain knowledge about how to prepare and make the delicious ramen base and broth from scratch. Not only that, also learn to make delicious gyoza, juicy on the inside and wonderfully crisp outside.

At the end, assemble a gorgeous and deliciously photogenic bowl of ramen.

Aside from that, get insider tips and cook like a true local!
