My unique original Caribbean food palette has evolved over the past two decades of living in different parts of the world. It has deliciously extended to include a love of Indian spices, Chinese teas along with my love of French cooking techniques that I've picked up after having lived over a decade in the North East of France... aside from my deep sense of ease when entertaining intimate dinner parties at my place in the historic center of Strasbourg.
