(semi spicy lentil of chickpea brings the best match with meat cooked into a special rich sauce). Served with a ghee/butter preparation of cumin in premium Basmati rice.
note- its creamy, very flavrouful, and meaty simmer which is all that is needed with a lightly flavoured prepration of rice.
served with fresh mango salad.
