Lets start with a particuarly difficult track; especially when you want to start on a high note.
This elaborate class teaches you the various terminologies used in modern dining, how they are represented as presented and objectives . Attnetion to complex cooking techniques that varies from Sauteeing, charcoal grilling, searing and more... the REAL Magic is in the sauces and that's the difficult part of the track; in a way, i will be sharing my secrets :)- THE FIRST TIME EVER!.. its your best chance.

- Poached Prawns served with high grade hot pineapple wine sauce (French)
- Chicken and Egg situation (Chinese)
- Smoked Portobello Gambas (Spanish)
- Seared Salmon with Chef'd Club lemon butter sauce (French)
Time required- 2.5- 3 hours.
Max guests- 8 ( i really need us to focus, so a small focused group is perfect)
Time - 6pm sharp. We will start sharp on time. No repititions.
Caution- This class needs high degree on patience. some of the experimentation is quite advanced.
