I'm going to offer a series of typical dishes of the Andalusian gastronomy. All made by hand with fresh seasonal products. Starters such as olives, following with the typical croquettes, to pass to a nice pumpkin cream with parmesan shaving, reaching the main course consisting of iberian cheeks and as a dessert, rice pudding.. Coffee or tea.
STARTERS: Sevillan olives, spanish cured sausage and chorizo and good cheese, croquetas de puchero (bread crumb and fried roll made with meat and ham with bechamel).
FIRST DISH: Pumpkin cream with parmesan shavings.
MAIN DISH: Iberian cheeks cooked with vegetables and served with garnish of potatoes with rosemary.
DESSERT: rice pudding, typical dessert made with rice cooked, sugar, milk and cinnamon. TEA AND COFFEE: Different types of tea: cinnamon, caramel, pakistani, tea spiced, peppermint, etc....
Each dish paired with a wine from the land, beer and water
