Amazonia is a region located in northern Brazil. Sitting there is an almost mythical forest: an incredible variety of tropical fauna and flora, with the tops of the trees hiding the birth and reproduction of more than a third of the living species on Earth. And some very tasty and unique ingredients.
The gastronomy of the region is really unique and considered as the most representative of typical national culinary. My proposal is to revisit these dishes, bringing amazonian cuisine to my table, preserving the flavor of the food in a light and pleasant way.
Facing the sea, with a privileged view over the ocean and Copacabana beach, the dinner room has been arranged to combine with my cooking and my personality, whose characteristics are simplicity and refinement.
Our Tour through Amazonia:
During appetizers, I'll give to you a brief introduction on the Amazon region, its people, customs and gastronomy. Dinner will start then, with three dishes that I created with great affection, and whose description is in the following Menu section.
