Facing the sea, with a privileged view over the ocean and Copacabana beach, the dinner room has been arranged to combine with my cooking, whose characteristics are simplicity and refinement. Being in one of Rio de Janeiro's emblematic place, you may want to start with the iconic local Caipirinha as a refreshing drink, while I'll be preparing "my" shrimp Moqueca. As I love to revisit the dishes, I have personalized the traditional Moqueca recipe, in a way that has been so far highly praised by my clients. As a starter, we'll have a light tropical salad. We'll then continue with a freshly made Moqueca, served with aromatic rice and a pirão with unequalled flavor! An assortment of seasonal fresh fruits accompanied by citrus creme will be served for dessert.
