The menu and the food is chosen as compatible as possible with the need of a low environmental impact, respect of traditional dishes and habits, healthy and balanced diet (no artificial or suspected additives), diversified flavors. Vegans can avoid the fish and get as much as they want of the rest, anyway with balanced dietary components.
Guests are invited to arrive earlier if they want to enjoy the landscape and have a walk in the countryside.
