I love this menu a lot because it reminds me of a very beautiful time in my life: when I lived in Paris a few years ago and used to go to dinner at the Italian restaurant where a friend, an Italian chef, used to work in the 7th arrondissement. Thanks to him I tasted the pasta that became my favorite, and that I am proud to present to you is this menu.
