Rustic, very northern Nordic cooking with an international vibe; based on extensive use of vegetables of the season. Rarely any use of industrial meat - we often cook local beef, moose or reindeer. Fish mostly from the ice cold waters of the Norwegian Northern Atlantic. Home baked bread, pretty much always sour dough based. Located at the UNESCO World Heritage site: Church Town of Gammelstad, Luleå Sweden.
