For this very special gastronomic experience, we'll first take you to our local market for a 1 hour tour, giving you some tips and explaining our local products to you.

Then we'll take you back home, which is just opposite the market, where we'll start by offering you an artesanal cheese & charcuterie tasting (including a taste of the world famous "Acorn fed Iberian ham"!), as well as a tasting of award winning Catalan olive oils, gourmet sea salts and organic herbs. We will also teach you a typical Catalan appetizer, “Pa amb Tomàquet” (bread and tomato). During the tasting we'll start serving Catalan wine which will accompany you during the whole experience.

After the tasting, we'll begin a fully hands-on cooking experience where you will prepare the following:

For starters:
-Seasonal Tapa of the day

-Fresh Seafood Paella

-Mojito sorbet

After preparing everything, we will of course eat together.
Although we focus on providing a serious and informative cooking experience, the atmosphere will be relaxed and friendly: we are all here to have fun after all!
Most of the recipes come from Cristina's family and will make you an authentic master of Catalan and Spanish food.

Last, but not least, we are concerned about the environment and aware of our carbon footprint. During the experience, you will notice a multitude of small details that are done in an alternative manner: we reduce our use of plastic, most of the products are locally produced, most of the cooking utensils are eco-friendly and made in Spain, and many things in our flat are handmade or recycled. We also aim to provide "uncontaminated" food and surroundings for our guests: thus we only use natural cleaning products. Come and see for yourself: we'll be delighted to explain our alternative lifestyle to you!

Tout a été parfait, les plats étaient excellents, les hôtes étaient souriants et à l'écoute, tout s'est très bien déroulé.

Je donnerai peut être un point de moins au niveau de l'ambiance car j'aurai aimé qu'il y ai une petite compétition entre chaque équipe et en réalité tous les groupes se mélangeaient sans vraiment d'enjeu. J'ai aussi trouvé qu'il manquait de grandes bouteilles d'eau plate et pétillante, je pense que les participants ont eu une retenue pour boire de peur qu'il en manque.

Mis à part ces petits détails qui sont sans vraiment d'importance, car seulement spécifiques à l'accueil de plus de 40 personnes regroupées pour un séminaire, c'était une très bonne expérience qui a eu du succès et je ne manquerai pas de recommander cette activité conviviale.


Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée, très conviviale et très enrichissante. Une bonne façon de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes. L'idée de faire participer tout le monde à la préparation du repas , est très bonne, elle permet de faire connaissance plus rapidement. Nous avons rencontré des gens de tout horizons, et Cristina et Guillaume sont charmant!
