By eating ecologic foods, cultivated nearby and with the maximum respect for the nature, you will not just treat your palate and your body, you will also contribute to ecologic farming and fishing! Do the ecosystem a favour and come with me on a trip where we will discover the best of Barcelonas ecologic fruit- and wineyards. The menú includes ecologic catalan wines. The main part of the menú will consist in sustainable caught fish from the catalan coast and fresh biologic vegetables. Due to the weekly chaning offer on the market, the dishes can vary a little bit, but they will be very much like this:

Comiendo productos ecológicos, cultivados en la zona y con el máximo respeto al medio ambiente, no solo vas a mimar tu paladar y tu cuerpo entero, sino también vas a contribuir a la agricultura, pesca y crianza ecológica y así hacer un gran favor a nuestra ecosistema. Déjate llevar a una aventura culinaria que no nos llevara tan lejos, pero te va a sorprender y dejar con ganas de mas. El menú incluye vinos de producción ecológica. Como no siempre voy a tener el mismo pescado o verduras, los platos pueden variar.
