Recipe : Tuna rillettes with ricotta

Ingredients : 

  • 2 boxes of natural tuna
  • 150 g ricotta
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 lemon
  • Chilli pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Steps :

  • Crush with a fork 2 cans of drained natural tuna with 150 g of ricotta, 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt, pepper and chilli at will. Add 1 bunch chopped chives and the zest of 1 shredded organic lemon.
