Ingredients : 

  • 200 g of pitted black olives
  • 5 anchovy fillets in oil
  • 8 small capers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

 

Steps :

Finely chop the garlic clove.
Put anchovy fillets, capers, chopped garlic clove, black olives and olive oil into the bowl of a blender and mix well.
